[SOLVED] Hello Bank (145) - [PIS API Maintenance]

An incident was opened for Hello Bank.

Update 11/22/22 : The issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update : We had a response from the bank. The services PISP - MaBanque - France & PISP - Hellobank! - France have been temporarily suspended since yesterday, the 17th of November 2022 at 6:30 p.m. following an incident.

The root cause is identified, their teams are mobilized to resolve the incident.

Description : We have noticed that the payment initiation process stays blocked with an empty page.

Our teams have contacted the bank to find out if an incident is in progress.
