Description: Following the incident ahed on the BPCE group banks (https://oxlin.zendesk.com/hc/fr/articles/4408139815057--OPEN-BPCE-Group-Multiples-FIDs-SCRAPING-Connector-Maintenance-), synchronization of some accounts may still be disrupted.
Indeed, the Strong Custumer Authentication can be systematic, that means the users must validate the SCA during each connection.
Our developers are aware of this anomaly and are doing what is necessary to restore the situation as soon as possible.
