An incident was opened for the BPCE banking group : Caisse d'Epargne (Multiples FIDs), Banque Populaire (Multiples FIDs), Banque de Savoie (112), Banque Palatine (135), Crédit Coopératif (206), BCP (113), Crédit Foncier (310)
Update 10/14/21 : The automatic synchronization of all BPCE group banks is operational again (except the Banque Populaire).
In order to restore synchronizations, we invite the users to validate the Strong Custumer Authentication.
This concerns the following banks:
- Banque de Savoie
- Caisse d'Epargne
- Crédit Foncier
- Crédit Coopératif
Banque Populaire is still affected by problems concerning the SCA : [OPEN] Banque Populaire (Multiples FIDs) - [SCRAPING Connector Maintenance]
Our developers are aware of this anomaly and are doing what is necessary to restore the situation as soon as possible.
The developments of this incident will be mentioned in the new article above.
Update 10/12/21 : The automatic synchronization of the Palatine, Crédit Foncier, BCP and Crédit Coopératif accounts is still suspended (the users still have the option to initiate a manual synchronization in order to update their accounts).
The synchronization of certain Banque Populaire accounts can still be disrupted by the implementation of Strong Custumer Authentication : the SCA can be systematic, that means the users must validate the authentication during each connection.
On some accounts, we also noticed that the last transactions were not synchronized.
Update 10/08/21 : We fixed some issues concerning the problems at Banque Populaire : the accounts impacted by a synchronization fault are functional again. The latest operations have also been synchronized.
In order to restore account synchronization, users must validate the Strong Customer Authentication. Authentication by Secur'pass is currently not possible.
Some connections are also impacted by "ChallengeTimeOut". Indeed, the window to enter the code received by SMS may not be displayed or the users don't receive the SMS. Please don't hesitate to contact us if this happens.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will get back to you with new information.
Update 10/07/21 : We have deployed hotfixes and have made modifications to the BPCE connectors. Here is an update about all the connectors of the group:
- The automatic and manual synchronization of the Banque Populaire, Banque de Savoie and Caisse d'Epargne accounts (professionals and individuals) is operational again.
- However, the synchronization of certain Banque Populaire accounts is currently still disrupted following changes to the banking interface.
Some accounts (deferred debit cards, life insurance accounts, etc.) are not synchronized and the latest transactions since the incident may not be reported.
- In order to restore account synchronization, users must validate the Strong Customer Authentication. Authentication by Secur'pass is currently not possible.
- The automatic synchronization of the Palatine, Crédit Foncier, BCP and Crédit Coopératif accounts is still suspended.
Update : The automatic synchronization of BPCE group accounts is still suspended.
However, only in Linxo environment, the users can manually restarting a synchronization in order to update their accounts (except for the Banque Populaire and Banque de Savoie).
The automatic and manual synchronization is still suspended in all other environments.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and will get back to you soon with new information.
