Update 06/02/2021 : A fix has been implemented by our developers, the automatic synchronization of accounts is operational again. However, the accounts that were duplicated are still present.
A cleaning of these duplicates will be carried out soon by our technical team.
Strong Customer Authentification must still be validated on certain user accounts in order to restore synchronization.
Description : Following changes to the banking interface, we noticed that some Crédit Mutuel and CIC accounts have been duplicated.
Our teams of developers are currently analyzing this incident; synchronization of accounts in all environments is disabled.
During this resolution, we invite the users to don't delete the duplicate accounts under the risk of losing the history associated with these accounts.
