09/19/2022 : When a connector is added to the safe the latter will, depending on the connector, send an alert (email or text) to the enduser that a synchronization has been made without mentioning where it is coming from.
Indeed, even if it is mentionned that the synchronization is monthly the system will frequently (every 2 or 3 days) launch a synchronization if no new documents have been added. Once a new one is available no new synchronization will be launched until the deadline and the documents retrieved will be added at this date.
We are currently looking for a better solution. We will bring you an update as soon as possible.
