Following the planned changes with the Caisse d'Epargne connectors National Professionals in Regional connectors, we invite the users to add their professional accounts on a new bank connection as follows :
1) Select the regional branch of your bank
2) In the user number, indicate the number 00001
3) Enter the credentials allowing access to their accounts and the confidential code
4) Click on the "synchronize" button to synchronize their accounts. The new connection will be created on their space.
If your users are having difficulty to add their accounts to the new regional connectors, don't hesitate to contact us.
As a reminder, the old FIDs corresponding to the connections to the CE Pros and CE Net banks (153 and 195) are still active but now invisible. A migration of existing users from the old FIDs to the new ones will soon be carried out.
