At January 1st, CCF will manage all products, banking services and financials from the personnals and profesionnals clients of HSBC Continental Europe.
For this reason, all HSBC customers will become CCF customers and their acces to HSBC will be non fonctionnals at this date.
This transition will have several changes :
(note that this article is subject to change in the futur with updates that the bank will communicate to us)
1. Our teams are currently working to adapt and implement CCF as fast as possible wich will replace HSBC. All our efforts are puts to deliver this transition the best way possible at the start of 2024.
2. New banking logins have already been sent to the customers in December from CCF.
3. From the 29th of December at 19h all customers will no longer have access to their accounts in the HSBC space. On our environments, the synchronization will be on error.
4. To access their new accounts, the customers will have to create a new connexion to CCF using their new login that have been communicated by the the bank.
5. All HSBC accounts will be automatically archived. The bank did not communicate to us how much of the transaction hystory will be available one the new CCF accounts (there is a possibility that transacitons will be duplicated. If this has to be the case, a cleanup will be done by our teams).

A compter du 1er janvier 2024, le CCF gérera les produits et services bancaires et financiers des clients de la banque de particuliers et professionnels HSBC Continental Europe.
De ce fait, les clients HSBC deviennent des clients CCF et les accès vers HSBC seront non fonctionnels à partir de cette date.
Cette transition a plusieurs impacts pour vos utilisateurs :

1) Dans un premier temps, nos équipes travaillent actuellement au développement du connecteur CCF, qui viendra remplacer la banque HSBC. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour que celui-ci soit disponible au début de l'année 2024.
2) Le nouvel identifiant de banque à distance a été envoyé aux clients HSBC courant décembre par CCF.
3) A partir du 29.12.24 à 19h, les clients HSBC n'auront plus accès à leurs comptes via leur espace Client HSBC.
Sur les environnements, la synchronisation des comptes sera en erreur.
3) Pour accéder aux nouveaux comptes sur votre plateforme, vos utilisateurs devront créer une nouvelle connexion bancaire vers le CCF en utilisant les nouveaux identifiants de connexion qui ont été fournis par la banque. Nous vous tiendrons informés dès que cette action sera possible sur vos environnements respectifs.
4) Les anciens comptes HSBC seront automatiquement archivés. Nous n'avons pas encore l'information sur l'historique disponible sur les nouveaux comptes CCF.
